it would be neat to have a /api/me/currently endpoint that returns the current task(s) that are being worked on.

Then when I commit, I could (automatically via git) use trailers/notes/another method to identify that commit as being part of the currently worked on thing

And then whenever penemure discovers that repo, it can ingest all of those trailers and associate them to the relevant entries.
