Federation


We are moving further and further towards something that looks like federation. We need to just fucking do it properly which requires in my mind: System backend status page, for each backend, including refresh date / sync status HttpApiBackend next to GitJson backend Declaring subsets of things that should be automatically synced, namely files and eventually emoji, that every referenced one should be auto-synced to other backends.
