transclusion

I need to be able to transclude/ reference a specific block. they have IDs so it should be as simple as something like

ur…deadbeef#block_id

• ~~number blocks rather than uuids?~`
• how are they selected for @ing
• 📝 Block Properties
• expose blocks in SQL interface

search

similar to above I want to search blocks based on tags.
